Een gruwelijke ziekte heeft vrijwel de hele wereldbevolking uitgeroeid. Ergens op het platteland van het voormalige Amerika staat een school waar jonge, knappe meisjes in relatieve veiligheid leven. Maar hieraan komt een einde wanneer ze ontdekt worden door een bende slavenhandelaars die op zoek zijn naar nieuwe blanke slavinnen. De meisjes moeten vluchten en beginnen lange, gevaarlijke tocht op zoek naar veiligheid, met de sadistische bend op hun hielen...
